Career GPS - Career Navigation
A structured process comprising a three-horizon plan:
0–6 months: Best-fit role now (support worker, HCA, temp bank)
6–24 months: Progression pathway and milestones (e.g., Band 3, specialist areas, nursing school prep)
2–5 years: Destination role (stay in care long-term? Progress to nursing? Pivot to public health, management, education?)
Outcome: Candidates are able to plan even with visa or career uncertainty. Employers are able to differentiate with more clarity, short-term from long-term hires.
