1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ceedars Solutions Ltd ("Ceedars", "we", "us", "our") website and services, including the Licence-to-Care boot-camp, Career GPS, and Compliance Fast-Track programs.

By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

What We Provide

• Licence-to-Care Bootcamp: 12-week training program including Care Certificate qualification, clinical skills training, UK workplace culture education, and job search support

• Career GPS: Career navigation and coaching services

• Compliance Fast-Track: Employment compliance check services for employers

What We Do NOT Provide

• Immigration Advice: Ceedars is not registered with OISC and cannot provide immigration advice. Consult an OISC-registered advisor for visa-specific guidance.

• Medical Advice: Our training is educational and does not constitute medical advice.

• Guaranteed Employment: We provide training and support but cannot guarantee job placement outcomes.

3. Enrolment and Payment

Enrolment

Enrolment is complete upon successful payment and acceptance of these Terms. You will receive confirmation via email.

Pricing

• Foundation: £500 + VAT (£600 total)

• Premium: £1,000 + VAT (£1,200 total)

• Elite: £1,500 + VAT (£1,800 total)

All prices are in GBP and subject to UK VAT at 20%.

Payment

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required at enrolment.

4. Refund Policy

• Before Bootcamp Starts: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee

• Within First 7 Days of Bootcamp: 50% refund

• After 7 Days: No refund (you have committed to your cohort and received materials)

How to Request a Refund

Email recruitment@ceedars.com with subject "Refund Request" including your name, email, order reference, and reason. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Your Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled boot-camp sessions and complete assignments

• Engage actively and professionally with trainers and peers

• Provide accurate information in your application

• Maintain respectful conduct at all times

• Not share course materials without permission

• Comply with relevant laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including presentations, handouts, videos, and assessments, are owned by Ceedars Solutions Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell these materials without written permission.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use materials for your own learning during and after the program.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Ceedars is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services

• We do not guarantee employment outcomes, visa approvals, or specific job placements

• Success rates shared are historical averages, not guarantees of individual results

8. Termination

We may terminate your enrolment if you:

• Breach these Terms

• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or unprofessional conduct

• Provide false information in your application

• Fail to attend sessions without notice

Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.

10. Safeguarding

We are committed to safeguarding vulnerable adults. Our full Safeguarding Policy is available at /safeguarding. Please report any concerns to our Designated Safeguarding Lead.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
